We are searching for a systematic e-commerce associate to inspect and enhance the infrastructure and content on our company’s website. As an e-commerce associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness of landing pages, product information, checkout options, and other website-related systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as IT specialists, data analysts, and copywriters to implement evidence-based updates effectively.

Remaining up-to-date with product knowledge, discounts, and consumer preferences is crucial for this role. You will work closely with our SEO specialists to improve the online presence of our website and increase revenue. The outstanding performance of an e-commerce associate will contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities of an E-commerce Associate:

  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and other website-related systems to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Assisting in decision-making regarding promotions, including discounted offers and bulk packages.
  • Configuring payment options and promotional tabs correctly.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement website changes successfully.
  • Inspecting and uploading customers’ product reviews.
  • Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to evaluate responses to site updates.
  • Working with SEO specialists to enhance the online presence of our website.
  • Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed.
  • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and determine stock requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate.
  • Degree in information technology or a relevant business subject.
  • Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly in the context of e-commerce.
