Summary
For this position, you’ll be working with the business team at Shirlyn Distribution, leading the way for new sellers to become qualified e-commerce players, providing solutions to bring high-quality sellers to customers and the platform.
Description:
- Provide new sellers with professional training to become Shirlyn online sellers.
- Assist and resolve any issues or questions raised by sellers.
- Identify and understand the needs and difficulties of sellers and provide customized solutions.
- Encourage and guide new sellers to achieve good performance during the start-up period.
- Improve the level of seller satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Good systematic and logical thinking ability, capable of understanding the complexity of matters and considering problems from a global perspective.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
