Human Resources Business Partner Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top talent for the organization and assist in new employee training at Shirlyn Group.
• Conduct research and analyze employee trends to identify ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the Shirlyn Group HR team to analyze trends and metrics and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
• Assist in conflict resolution and identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching.
• Establish standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources, with a preference for experience in AI or Fintech B2C companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a human resources-related field.
• Strong knowledge of human resource management theory, with experience in HR modules such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, performance management, and Employee Retention.
• Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate, organize, and express ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle stress with integrity and resilience.
• Experience working with regional teams, particularly in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Malaysia, is advantageous.
