Account Associate Full Time

Job Summary:

• Foster and expand relationships with long-tail accounts within the defined category at Shirlyn.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the assigned Account Manager.
• Collaborate with key accounts to define success criteria for Shirlyn Suppliers.
• Establish success metrics and prioritize key initiatives (co-marketing campaigns, thematic campaigns, etc.) to drive growth for long-tail merchants in the specified category.
• Proactively seek and develop win-win solutions for Shirlyn.
• Work closely with the merchant onboarding team to ensure a smooth and exceptional onboarding experience for merchants.
• Collaborate with the Data Science and Analytics team to monitor merchant performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the Account Manager in coordinating operations and logistics for aligned co-marketing and thematic campaigns.
• Build and manage strong relationships at both the executive and individual levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management, preferably in the payments/e-commerce/tech space or category management.
• Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
• Possess a growth mindset and understand how to collaborate with the merchant success team and cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret data for discussions with merchants.
• Passionate about understanding merchants’ needs in developing their businesses.
• Experience working at a high-growth early-stage tech startup is highly desired.
• Curious nature and enjoyment in developing solutions for new problems.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in supporting category growth or managing categories in areas fashion, e-commerce and beauty.
• Previous experience in co-marketing, partnership marketing, or general marketing.
