Job Description:
- Participate in the complete development cycle of machine learning models, including design, data processing, development, deployment, experimentation, and analysis.
- Explore, enhance, and validate cutting-edge algorithms and strategies suitable for various business scenarios. Collaborate with the engineering team and business team to achieve set goals.
- Mentor junior ML engineers and take responsibility for work planning and project management.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, EE, or another quantitative discipline. Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++. Familiarity with Spark, Hive, Tensorflow, etc.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more domains, such as search algorithms, NLP, recommender systems, and ads algorithms, etc.
- Familiarity with one or more NLP/matching/ranking models, such as Bert, DSSM, YoutubeDNN, LR, DIN, ESMM.
- Experience in modeling large datasets in e-commerce or other industry fields.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen interest in solving challenging problems.
