Summary:
This role will report to both the Product Review Manager and their assigned leads. As a Product Review Analyst, your main responsibility will be reviewing and researching an average of 100-300 products daily. You will also work closely with various departments (Public Relations, Legal, and Marketing) to ensure that all reviewed products meet the company’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review, categorize, and tag large volumes of products and content.
- Ability to communicate and translate Chinese language content/product reviews from HQ.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve potential issues with products and content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and public information.
- Coordinate with other team members to discuss information related to products/content.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of products and content.
- Exercise good judgment when reviewing products and content to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in content moderation or user content monitoring is a plus.
- E-commerce and fashion experience is highly preferred (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with intellectual property is highly desirable.
- Must have a solid understanding of popular fashion trends and brands.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate thoughts, ideas, and concepts with other team members.
- Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
- Must be available to work one weekend day every week.
