The Conversion Tracker serves as a simple counter that notifies Shirlyn Careers when a Job Seeker has applied and can also count applications across devices if a Job Seeker is logged into the Employer’s website. If you wish to opt-out of Shirlyn Careers’ Job Seeker web beacon, you must utilize our web beacon opt-out feature.
